- Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days pending payment verification. Once dispatched we will notify you via email and provide you with tracking information.
- Delivery time is usually within 3-7 working days once shipped within Australia. Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times. If your order does not arrive within seven business days, please contact us via email so we can get to the bottom of it. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
- Once dispatched, the item becomes the property and responsibility of you the purchaser. So if they are damaged, misplaced it is your responsibility to liaise with Australia Post or Fastway. Unfortunately no refunds will be given for goods which go missing or damaged in transit.

- Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur an additional $9 shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind. All items are checked prior to dispatch, however if your believe your product to be faulty please contact us via email. Please include your order number and reason for dissatisfaction.
- Provided we are satisfied that the product is either faulty or not the item that you ordered, we will accept the return or exchange. In the case of a refund, please allow 3-5 business days from the time of approval for the refund to be processed. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags and labels.
